Cub Scout Wild West Days

Have Fun, Make Friends, See New Things

Cub Scouts have been having the time of their lives making new friends and learning new things in an environment designed to help them succeed. From building his own pinewood derby® car to learning how to roast the perfect marshmallow with his best friends at a family campout, your child will LOVE being a Cub Scout.

Check out the fun at the Wild West themed day camp on Saturday, October 15, at Townsend Field, behind Buchser Park, from 10 AM to 2 PM (1111 Bellomy Street, Santa Clara).  There’s no cost for this fun day for all new Cub Scouts:

  • 3 – 2 – 1:  Blast off and launch your water rocket into the sky
  • Bull’s eye:  Hit your target with our action archery
  • Spike the volleyball and pull to victory with your friends in the tug-of-war
  • Find your way using map and compass as you track your Bobcat trail
  • Food and Fun:  Enjoy a hotdog barbecue with your buddies as you tune into Crew 357’s rock band

So, for all boys, from the first through fifth grades, or 7 to 10 years old, then it's time for him to have some fun … with the Cub Scouts and come to our Wild West Days on October 15.
