Win Your Own 5-Foot, Chainsaw-Carved Bear!

Proceeds benefit Milpitas Unified's Special Education Program.

Search no further for the perfect new lawn ornament. 

Enter to win a 5-foot, carved wooden bear from Black Bear Diner of Milpitas and all proceeds benefit Milpitas Unified School District's Special Education Department. 

Tickets are $5 each, and Black Bear Diner will donate an additional $1,000 to Milpitas Unified's special education programs. Tickets are available at the diner.

If the winner does not want the bear, it can be donated to the schools or another organization. 

The prize bear carving will be sculpted live at the restaurant by "Ray Bear" Schulz. He will show off his skills from 3 to 9 p.m. July 11 at the diner, 174 W. Calaveras Boulevard.
