Summer Family Movie Series

Returning this year for your enjoyment is our ! The city of Milpitas Parks & Recreation Services will bring fun, family-themed events and provide free community movies.

Movies are Rated G to PG, and will be shown in the Barbara Lee Center auditorium where space for your picnic blanket is available along with some chairs. Movies are subject to change without notice. A snack bar will be available to purchase refreshments.

June 30 • Dr. Doolittle

July 14 • Disney's The Princess and the Frog.
In this animated movie, a New Orleans princess searches for true love while coming face-to face with a snooty

In this comedy, a 12 year old boy grows up overnight after making a wish on a fortune-telling machine. See how he
makes it big in a Manhattan toy company. (Rated PG)

August 11 • Send Me No Flowers
See what happens after a hypochondriac overhears his doctor talk about another patient’s terminal diagnosis.
Thinking it’s about him, he then sets out to find a replacement husband for his wife! (Not Rated, but family friendly)

August 25 • Rango
In this animated film, the lead character is a pet chameleon named Rango who accidentally lands in a town called Dirt. He must go on a mission and find water. Johnny Depp is the voice of the chameleon.
