What appeared to be a large stack of dishes actually is a sidewalk view of the building at 143 N. Main Street, Milpitas.
The three-story building opened Aug. 3, 2010 to serve more than 60,000 patients from the Milpitas and North San Jose area. There are 49 exam rooms, three treatment rooms and a pharmacy.
