Congratulations to Patch reader , the winner of this week’s “Where in Milpitas?” photo challenge!

This decorative concrete railing is part of the Minnis Professional Building at 1313 N. Milpitas Blvd.

Among the tenants in the building are Farmers Insurance, Techpoint Solutions, and MilpitasInfo.com.
