This sturdy-looking building looks like it might have been inspired by the mysterious monolith in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.
But it’s not from some far-off intergalactic world - its right here in Milpitas.
Built in 1987, it’s one of the most visible structures in the city. Its modern concrete and glass architectural style is a nod to Silicon Valley and its high-tech industries. And, at more than 143 feet high, it is the tallest building in Milpitas.
Do you know the name of this building, what it’s used for, and where it is located? Bonus kudos if you can tell us how many floors the building has.
