I think it's a flower display at the Keno Funeral Parlor just south of the Milpitas Public Library near S. Main Street.

Is it Milan Indian Restaurant or one of the Indian businesses on Main St? The garland honors a Hindu deity and there are specific garlands to honor each Hindu god.

Looks like flower decorations in the lobby of El Torito restaurant on E. Calaveras. They ward off evil spirits. Right?
