Photo Challenge: Where in Milpitas?

This squiggly blue image looks like it might be fancy script for a street address, or perhaps it’s a sculpture or piece of public art.  On closer inspection, some people might even think it’s an image of a space alien with four fingers pointing off to each side.

But space aliens, as far as we know, haven’t yet descended on Milpitas. And if they have, it’s not likely they would announce their presence on one of the busiest streets in the city, which is where this image is.
