Photo Challenge: Where in Milpitas?

Test your knowledge of Milpitas by guessing what the subject in this photo is and where it is located.

With its bright and patriotic colors, this building would be a very good backdrop for an Independence Day parade and celebration in many towns and cities across the country. Even in Milpitas.

Upon close inspection, however, it’s not clear what this building is actually used for. There’s a French door and balcony. But is the balcony real or is it just decorative? What about the painted windows and shingled roof?

Hint: this building is part of a larger structure and it does serve a purpose. It has been part of the Milpitas landscape for many years and is likely seen by thousands of visitors who come to Milpitas each year to enjoy a particular activity.
