285 New Homes to Go On Sale Next to Cisco Campus

Adjacent to the , a new Milpitas housing community is under construction.

Coyote Creek, a project of William Lyon Homes, is being built against the Coyote Creek trail. It will be comprised of two neighborhoods filled with 285 homes, according to spokeswoman Cherlyn Brown

The first neighborhood, “The Rows”, will showcase seven townhome designs which will range from 1,198 square feet to 1,788 square feet, with up to three bedrooms plus a den, and up to 3.5 bathrooms.

The second neighborhood, “The Courts”, will showcase seven showcase and flat designs, ranging from 1,218 to 1,972 square feet of space, with up to four bedrooms and a den, and up to 3.5 bathrooms.

All houses will be one to three stories high. A private community center will have a fully-equipped gym, swimming pool, multi-equipped gym, and kitchen.

The homes are slated to be finished in September. They will be affordable for families, said Coyote Creek on its website, although prices will not be announced until June on the website's sales gallery.
