Outlet store opens Friday at Great Mall, martial arts studio opens on Dixon Road, yoga place to move close to Lifestretch and a bunch of restaurants open.
The outlet store for this top designer is scheduled to open at the Great Mall Friday at 10 a.m. Located at entrance 2, next to St. John Outlet. The closest Michael Kors outlets are in Gilroy and Vacaville.

Milpitas will get its second studio dedicated to yoga? The city has granted permits for building, electrical and plumbing work for this new tenant. Located on the second floor of the shopping center across from Foster's Freeze, this new business would be walking distance to Lifestretch Yoga.

The grand opening was held on July 16. The location is 100 Dixon Rd. Grandmaster Chung (鐘永寄 大師) has taught in the Bay Area for about 25 years. Shaolin-style kung fu was featured in the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
Sizzling Stone Korean Restaurant
This new restaurant isn't open yet, but it is coming to Milpitas Square. It joins a trio of Taiwanese restaurants—Liang's Kitchen, QQ Noodle and —which have all opened in the past six months in the shopping center.
Across from city hall, inside the Beresford Shopping Center, a family-owned Thai place opened earlier this month. Open seven days a week, drop in or try ordering online. Manager Nick Poopat said the most requested dishes are yellow curry, pad thai, pad see ew and, for dessert, mango with sticky rice.
