Adobo is a traditional stew in Filipino cuisine made with meat (chicken or pork), soy sauce, vinegar, and spices. The merchants at Season's Marketplace will be cooking up a storm to compete in the Adobo Throw-down on Saturday, October 23, at 11 a.m.
Come be a judge! Decisions will be based on taste, presentation and originality. If you are not familiar with adobo, a brief history of this Filipino staple will be given at the beginning of the event.
