New Restaurant Serves Phở with Style

Yo-Phở! livens up Serra Center on its first day with lines of hungry customers. Did we also mention the frozen yogurt?

The new restaurant began its first day with lots of sales. Customers were given 30 minute wait times at 12:30 p.m., during the lunch rush.

Phở is a traditional rice noodle soup with slices of beef or other varieties of meat. In Vietnam, it can be eaten for breakfast.

At Yo-Phở! Vietnamese restaurant, the hours are not posted yet, but the owner said they will likely be 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

There are some frozen yogurt machines on the side of the room, which could be how the restaurant got its unique name.

If you decide to give it a try, leave your credit cards at home. The restaurant is cash only.
