- Duties: Coordinate shipping and receiving of exhibit properties
- Build exhibits for client previews
- Ensure properties are complete and functional before and after shows
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Maintain the highest levels of ethics and professionalism.
- Qualifications: Must have experience with both freight contractors and UPS/FedEx.
- Experience with installation and dismantling of trade show exhibits
- Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures
- Experience handling complex projects -- time management and prioritizing tasks a must
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

- Duties: Create/Analyze requirements and design documents
- Implement software to meet design and requirement documents
- Participate/Lead in detailed design reviews for content and usability
- Deliver documentation on software written, including APIs
- Ensure the overall quality of software delivered through testing
- Produce test plans for software delivered
- Support/participate to system testing and beta programs
- Work with QA and customer service to resolve client problems
- Qualifications: BS or Master's degree, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science
- One or more years' experience in software engineering is required or good understanding of web technologies
- Knowledge of Java/ J2EE
