Breakfast with Santa Promotes Holiday Toy Drive
Toys and nonperishable food items were collected at the breakfast to be distributed this month to low-income families.
The Milpitas firefighters union hosted "Breakfast with Santa" Saturday at Dave & Buster's at the Great Mall.
This was the 2nd Annual Toy Drive, with the restaurant donating the space and the meal, and staffing provided by city fire personnel, volunteer firefighters, Office of Emergency Services and members of the city's Youth Advisory Council.
Proceeds from the breakfast and pictures with Santa Claus will go toward purchasing toys for low-income families.
