Position: Tow Truck Drivers

Location: Milpitas
Duties: Towing with conventional and carrier tow trucks
Recovery of vehicles
Battery jump starts
Deliver gasoline
Help clients with vehicle lockouts
Qualifications: No experience necessary; training available
Clean DMV record / valid drivers’ license
Ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug test
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a great attitude
Compensation: Competitive and will vary based on experience

GSPANN Technologies

Position: Administrative Assistant (full time)

Location: Milpitas
Duties: Assist in managing calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange business trips
Draft and edit reports, contracts, agreements, presentations, and other correspondence using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Portable Document Files, while ensuring all are correctly formatted
Perform web research as necessary
Copy, fax email, and scan documents
Assist in preparing spreadsheets
File, data entry, maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
Ensure office equipment is working at all times
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Some college or equivalent vocational business school
Two or more years of Admin/Office Clerk experience
Strong filing skills
Human Resources, basic accounting, and QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation: $29-$35k annually, depending on experience

Position: Security Officer (full time)

Location: Milpitas
Duties: Patrol interior and exterior of local property
Control access to premises
Escort visitors on the property
Patrol at special events
Monitor contractors working on the property
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required
Must possess a valid California State Guard Card
Customer service experience required
Experience in private security, military or law enforcement preferred
Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends; occasional overtime
Demonstrated ability to complete projects and fulfill commitments, meet deadlines
Must be able to pass a driving and criminal background check
Compensation: $10.51 per hour
