Abhinaya Dance Company Brings “Courage” to India Community Center





Abhinaya Dance Company of
San Jose presents an inspiring thematic performance - “Courage” on Sunday,
March 30, 2014 at 4pm at the India Community Center in Milpitas. “Courage”
features Rasika Kumar, Associate Artistic Director and Principal Dancer
performing five vignettes from Hindu mythology, Indian history, American history,
and current world events. “Courage” also features an exciting ensemble of young
musicians: Malavika Kumar (nattuvangam), Sindhu Natarajan (vocals), Ganesh
Ramnarayanan (mridangam), Sruti Sarathy (violin), and Prasant Radhakrishnan
(saxophone).
