Translate Business Goals and Objectives into Practical Action Plans

So you have a great business idea, and are ready to launch it but realize you need some financial help to get started. You go to the bank. The loan officer asks for your net worth, financial projections and other detailed questions that you don’t have answers to. Consequently, your loan request is “Rejected”.

This small business seminar will show you how to develop a proactive strategy to grow your business, head off competition, and anticipate external opportunities and threats.

Do you want to grow your business?

Do you feel that the business is running you, rather than you running it?

Do you often feel like you are reacting to competition or to external events rather than anticipating and leading them?

By participating in this business class you will be able to assess your business' strengths and weaknesses, and use that analysis to capitalize on the strengths, reduce the weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace and mitigate external threats. You will learn how to create a prioritized action list to deal with these issues, and how to translate it into a practical annual business plan.

This business strategy and growth development seminar is presented by Silicon Valley SCORE business advisors and mentors.

Registration Fee: $45.00 - there is a $5 Early Bird Discount if you register online early enough.
