MIGRATORY BIRD WATCHING

Take a leisurely 1.5–mile nature walk around the slough to catch views of migratory and breeding birds while learning about our wetlands, local wildlife, bird identification, adaptation, land use and more. Binoculars and bird guidebooks are loaned to you and a bird checklist is provided. Our knowledgeable leaders are from the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society.

Registration is required, please visit: http://www.bayareaolderadults.org/2014-bao-cultural-events  and scroll down to event 6.  Sponsored by Bay Area Older Adults, a nonprofit organization that improves the health and well-being of adults age 50+.
