Scott's Seafood San Jose Host Brewmaster's Dinner Featuring Firestone Walker

Scott’s Seafood San Jose is proud to host its first Brewmaster’s dinner featuring Firestone Walker on Thursday, June 26th, 2014 from 6pm to 8pm on Scott’s 
rooftop patio. Scott’s Seafood is located on the sixth floor of the City View Plaza located at 185 Park Ave in Downtown San Jose. Cost for this dinner 
will be $40 dollars per person. 

Scott’s Seafood San Jose has selected four of Firestones most popular award winning beers to pair with this special menu. This menu will include the following four courses:

• First Course: Nuts and Berries Cheese Plate. Paired with Pivo Hoppy Pils.
• Second Course: Butter Leaf Lettuce, Spicy Pecans, and Goat Cheese, with Raspberry Vinaigrette. Paired with Double Barrel Ale.
• Third Course: Seared Ahi Tuna with Ponzu Sauce, Sticky Rice, and Bok Choy. Paired with Union Jack IPA.
• Fourth Course: Bread Pudding with Whipped Cream and Caramel Sauce. Paired with Stickee Monkee Central Coast Quad.
