Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- 16 year olds must have parental consent form filled out. The link to it can be found below.
- Weigh at least 110 lbs.
- Be free of cold and flu symptoms. (Allergies are okay)
- Eat before donating and drink plenty of fluids.
- Bring Photo ID
