This event will showcase the impact of high quality care provided by community clinics, especially Tri-City Health Center in nurturing healthier communities. Tri-City
Health Center will honor five outstanding patients in our community who have exhibited excellent management of their health. Senator Ellen Corbett will also be recognized with an award for her continuous commitment to public health care.
The event will be held
on Thursday August 9th, 2012 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Tri-City Health Center Liberty Clinic located at: 39500 Liberty Street Fremont, California 94538.
