Come out to Calaveras Road around lunchtime on Tuesday to watch some of the planet's best bicyclists on their way from San Jose to Livermore.
Cyclists with the Amgen Tour of California will travel Piedmont Road to Calaveras Road and up on their way to a climb of Mt. Diablo and an expected sprint finish in Livermore.
The day, which is stage three of the eight-day event, begins at 11:15 a.m. in San Jose. Check out the San Francisco Chronicle for more on where to watch cyclists around the state. The race finishes Sunday in Los Angeles.
