The Nob Hill in Milpitas is closing, as announced last week by Raley's, the grocery store's parent company.
So what should take it's place? What is missing in Milpitas?
The store is in Foothill Square shopping center on the north side of town. Is a Trader Joe's the perfect fit for that location? Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market? Or maybe the next occupant shouldn't be a grocery store at all.
