Judith Ketchum: A resident of Milpitas, Ketchum died on July 13 at the age of 68. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and siblings.
Amanda (Mandy) Dalene Vaughan-Salyer: Vaughan-Sayler was born in Milpitas in 1977 and graduated from Milpitas High School in 1995. She moved to Auburn, California, where she worked in the medical field. She is survived by her husband, Craig Salyer, her step-children, parents and sister.
