A Milpitas resident witnessed an unknown Vietnamese male, 20-22 years old and wearing a baseball cap while sitting in a blue 2007 Honda Civic LX, four-door with California license plate 6AJM561. The resident said the car and driver were not from the area.
He observed another unknown man, described as Hispanic or Vietnamese, 22-to-30 years old, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8. The man was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans running through his front yard. This suspect got into the Honda while it was in motion, and the men were last seen driving away from the area.
