Update: 5 Wanted in Fremont Armed Home Invasion Robbery (Video)

The suspects ripped a necklace from woman's neck and ransacked her home on the 35000 block of Armour Way Wednesday.

Fremont police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects involved in an armed home invasion robbery early Wednesday evening.

According to the Fremont Police Department, a woman was in her home on the 35000 block of Armour Way when she heard loud knocking at her front door at around 5:15 p.m. When she didn't answer, four men kicked in the door. 

The woman ran to her bedroom and called her brother, who alerted police.

The suspects ransacked the home and made their way to the bedroom where the woman was hiding. They held her at gun and knife point, demanded her belongings and ripped a necklace from her neck, police said.

The suspects took jewelry and electronics and fled the home where a fifth suspect was waiting in a silver or grey mid-2000s Infiti FX35 SUV or similar vehicle.

The first suspect was described as a black male adult about 5-foot-10 with a medium build. He was wearing a grey hoodie, dark colored pants and shoes, and was armed with a black handgun.

The second suspect was described as a black male adult about 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds. He was also wearing dark colored pants and shoes.

A third suspect was described as a black male adult about 6-feet tall with a medium build and wearing a light colored hoodie and pants.

The fourth suspect who entered the home was described as a 6-foot-1 black male adult wearing a thin black jacket, light grey beanie, light colored blue or grey jeans, and light colored shoes. 

No description was available for the driver of the getaway vehicle.
