Saturday, Dec. 3

Drunken driving. A 38-year-old San Jose man was arrested for driving under the influence. Ringwood Avenue and Trade Zone Boulevard, San Jose. 5:04 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 5

Meth possession. A 30-year-old San Jose man was arrested for possession and being under the influence of methamphetamines, and possessing drug paraphernalia. Dixon Road and Arizona Avenue. 2:06 p.m.

Suspended license. A 39-year-old Los Banos woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Dempsey Road and Richter Court. 8:40 a.m.

Resisting arrest. A 30-year-old San Jose man was arrested for obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. Elm Street near N. Abbott Avenue. 11:05 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

Petty theft. A 45-year-old San Jose man was arrested for petty theft, with priors. Great Mall and Comet drives. 9:22 p.m.

Controlled substance. A 28-year-old male transient was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sinnott Lane near S. Main Street. 1:25 a.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 7

Domestic violence. A 41-year-of Milpitas woman was arrested for spousal abuse. Daniel Court near N. Park Victoria Drive. 12:35 a.m.

Marijuana. A 51-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possessing and transporting a large amount of marijuana for sale. W. Capitol Avenue and Moonbeam Way. 3:09 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 31-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, a hypodermic needle or syringe, and parole violation. Fallingtree Drive and Oldtree Court, San Jose. 10:15 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 27-year-old Campbell woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession and being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and parole violation. Woodland Court and Fallen Leaf Drive. 11:52 p.m.

Burglary. A 27-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for commercial burglary and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall Drive near Great Mall Parkway. 4:08 p.m.

Burglary. A 27-year-old San Jose man was arrested for commercial burglary and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall Drive near Great Mall Parkway. 4:22 p.m.

Grand theft. A 55-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for grand theft and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall Drive near Burlington Coat Factory. 4:20 p.m.

Grand theft. A 51-year-old Morgan Hill woman was arrested for grand theft and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall Drive near Burlington Coat Factory. 4:20 p.m.

Controlled substance. A 35-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Canton and Roswell drives. 11:25 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 8

Domestic violence. A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for criminal trespassing, false imprisonment and spousal abuse. Landess Avenue near Highland Court. 11:54 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 48-year-old San Jose man was arrested for driving under the influence. Great Mall and McCandless drives. 12:12 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 10

Burglary. A 31-year-old San Leandro man was arrested for commercial burglary and vandalism. S. Main Street and Corning Avenue. 4:17 a.m.

Sunday, Dec. 11

Domestic violence. A 41-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for spousal abuse. Cuesta Drive near Calle Vista Verde. 1:03 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 30-year old woman who refused to disclose her address to police was arrested for being drunk in public and assaulting a peace officer. Falcon Drive near Montague Expressway. 2:47 a.m.

Monday, Dec. 12

Concealed weapon. A 50-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Dempsey Road near Dempsey Way. 12:57 a.m.

Burglary. A 29-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested for commercial burglary and prowling. Alder Drive near Barber Lane. 3:03 a.m.
