Tuesday, Dec. 20
Under the influence. An 18-year-old Kerman, Calif. man was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving with a suspended license. Northbound I-880 at Dixon Landing Road. 12:37 a.m.

Burglary. A 43-year-old Florence, Ala. woman was arrested for commercial burglary, resisting arrest, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and assault on a peace officer. Braly and Lynn avenues. 1:35 a.m.

Wednesday, Dec. 21
Under the influence. An 18-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and possession of marijuana. Montague Expressway and Falcon Drive. 3:22 a.m.
Petty theft. A 49-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested for petty theft with a prior. Great Mall Drive and S. Main Street. 8:28 p.m.
Loaded firearm. A 28-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for making a criminal threat, domestic violence, and possession of a loaded firearm. Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 11:40 p.m.
Thursday, Dec. 22
Public intoxication. A 43-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Bellew Drive and Barber Lane. 12:53 a.m.
Burglary. A 31-year-old San Jose man was arrested for commercial burglary and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall and Comet drives. 5:45 p.m.
Burglary. A 50-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for commercial burglary and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall and Comet drives. 6:12 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 23
Petty theft. A 21-year-old San Francisco woman was arrested for petty theft with a prior. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 24
Public intoxication. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for being drunk in public. Calaveras and Piedmont roads. 12:04 a.m.
Drunken driving. An 18-year-old Antioch man was arrested for driving under the influence with a prior. Dixon Landing Road and McCarthy Boulevard. 1:57 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Oakland woman was arrested for driving under the influence while on probation, vehicular hit and run, and driving with a suspended license. Great Mall Drive and S. Abel Street. 1:59 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 24-year-old Los Altos man was arrested for being drunk in public. Traughber Street at N. Park Victoria Drive. 3:21 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 24-year-old East Palo Alto man was arrested for driving under the influence. Traughber Street at N. Park Victoria Drive. 5:21 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 47-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for driving under the influence. Autrey Street and Arizona Avenue. 12:14 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 31-year-old male transient was arrested for being drunk in public. Dempsey Road at Dempsey Way. 1:16 a.m.
Domestic violence. A 31-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for domestic violence. Clearlake and Landess avenues. 9:55 a.m.
