Drunken driving. A 48-year-old San Jose man was arrested for driving under the influence. Great Mall Drive and McCandless Road. 12:12 a.m.

Molestation. A 40-year-old male transient was arrested for lewd acts with a child. Mowry Avenue and Paseo Padre Parkway, Fremont. 4:35 a.m.
Monday, Dec. 12
Hit-and-run. A 29-year-old San Jose man was arrested for hit-and-run resulting in an injury, and driving with a suspended license. West Calaveras Boulevard at Southbound I-880. 6:36 p.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 13
Drunken driving. A 24-year-old Campbell woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested for driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and providing false identification to a peace officer. Serra Way at North Main Street. 1:35 a.m.
Vandalism. A 28-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested for vandalism. South Main Street at Serra Way. 10:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 14
Theft. A 35-year-old San Jose woman was arrested for petty theft with a prior and criminal conspiracy. Great Mall Drive at South Main Street. 7:48 p.m.
Concealed weapon. A 54-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for possession of a concealed dirk or dagger, theft, criminal conspiracy and probation violation. Great Mall Drive at South Main Street. 7:55 p.m.
Burglary. A 53-year-old Fremont woman was arrested for burglary and possession of burglary tools. Great Mall Drive near Marshall’s. 12:38 p.m.

Controlled substance. A 25-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing false identification to a peace officer. South Main Street at Great Mall Drive. 4:47 p.m.
Grand theft. A 32-year-old Stockton man with an outstanding warrant was arrested for grand theft and driving a stolen vehicle. North Main and Weller streets. 11:27 p.m.
