• Driving with a suspended license. A 24-year-old Richmond man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and having an outstanding warrant for the same violation. West Calaveras Boulevard and South Abbott Avenue. 1:05 a.m.

Monday, Feb. 28

• Outstanding warrant. A Sacramento woman was arrested for a probation violation. South Park Victoria and Edsel drives. 5:20 a.m.
• Driving under the influence. A 28-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a DUI and driving on the highway without a valid license. Carnegie Drive and East Calaveras Boulevard. 1:17 a.m.

Saturday, Feb. 26

• Domestic violence. A 34-year-old Milpitas man on parole was arrested on Montague Expressway. 6:23 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 25

• Driving under the influence. A 35-year-old San Jose man was arrested near South Main Street and Cedar Way at 2:42 a.m. He had a prior DUI from 2008.

Thursday, Feb. 24 

• Burglary. A 21-year-old Tracy man was arrested for burglary, passing forged checks and fraudulent account access information. North Milpitas and East Calaveras. 5:32 p.m. 
• Driving under the influence. A 25-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested near I-680 and East Calaveras Road at 1:59 a.m. He has one prior DUI from 2007.

Wednesday, Feb. 23

• Possession of drugs for sale. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested at Alcosta and Los Positos drives at 6:40 p.m.
• Petty theft. A 48-year-old homeless man was arrested at the Great Mall. 5:42 p.m.
