Arrested in Milpitas: April 12-22

Arrests for drunken driving, illegal drugs, thefts, and burglaries keep police in Milpitas busy.

Thursday, April 12

Marijuana. A 40-year-old Santa Clara woman was arrested on suspicion of illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, transporting a large amount of marijuana, and theft of utility services. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Park Victoria Drive. 5 p.m.

Friday, April 13

Suspended license. A 28-year-old Sacramento man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, and failure to show evidence of auto insurance. Serra Way and West Calaveras Boulevard. 6:52 p.m.

 

Monday, April 16

Drunken driving. A 30-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Hillview Drive. 2 a.m.

Burglary. A 67-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, and criminal conspiracy. Marylinn Drive and North Abbott Ave. 11:09 p.m.

Burglary. A 27-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, and criminal conspiracy. Marylinn Drive and North Abbott Ave. 11:09 p.m.

 

Tuesday, April 17

Embezzlement. An 18-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement. Great Mall Drive, near Game Stop store. 1:18 p.m.

 

Wednesday, April 18

Public intoxication. A 39-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. North Abel Street and West Calaveras Boulevard. 4:11 p.m.

Suspended license. A 23-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 5:15 p.m.

Battery. A 25-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of battery. East Calaveras Boulevard and South Park Victoria Drive. 11:11 p.m.

 

Friday, April 20

Public intoxication. A 22-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 2:25 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. West Calaveras Boulevard and Serra Way. 5:43 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 20-year-old Fremont man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and not having a driver’s license. South Park Victoria Drive and East Calaveras Boulevard. 11:05 p.m.

 

Saturday, April 21

Battery. A 26-year-old Fremont man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Dixon Landing Road and Milmont Drive. 1:05 a.m.

Court order violation. A 35-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of violating a court restraining order. South Main Street and Carlo streets. 3:10 p.m.

Burglary. A 22-year-old Alameda woman was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 8:32 p.m.

 

Sunday, April 22

Drunken driving. A 39-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. North Abel Street and Weller Lane. 12:53 a.m.

Battery. A 30-year-old San Antonio, Texas, woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal battery. East Calaveras Boulevard and Hillview Court. 3:26 a.m.
