Arrested in Milpitas: April 19-27

Arrests for kidnapping, carrying a loaded gun, burglary, and drunken driving keep police in Milpitas busy.

Thursday, April 19

Kidnapping. A 24-year-old San Jose man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, false imprisonment, having expired vehicle registration, a suspended driver’s license, and a burned-out lamp on a vehicle’s rear license plate. South Abel Street and Alvarez Court. 10:11 p.m.

Friday, April 20

Drunken driving. A 25-year-old Livermore man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and having no driver’s license. Hwy. 680 and Jacklin Road. 12:50 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 23-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and having no driver’s license. East Calaveras Boulevard near Adams Avenue. 8:41 p.m.

 

Saturday, April 21

Metal knuckles. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of possessing metal knuckles, and driving under the influence. Montague Expressway and South Milpitas Boulevard. 2:25 a.m.

 

Sunday, April 22

Auto burglary. A 21-year-old Fremont man was , possession of stolen property, prowling, and criminal conspiracy. Greentree Way and Fallen Leaf Drive. 4:25 a.m.

Meth. A 34-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines. Falcon and Edsel drives. 11:35 p.m.

Loaded gun. A 21-year-old San Jose man was. Coyote Street and Redwood Avenue. 1:51 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 38-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Temple Drive. 4:33 p.m.

Suspended license. A 31-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 11:47 p.m.

 

Friday, April 27

Drunken driving. A 32-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. N. Abel Street and West Calaveras Boulevard. 10:27 p.m.

Parole violation. A 39-year-old male transient with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of parole violation, and domestic violence. McCandless Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 9:16 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 27-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. North Park Victoria and Jacklin Road. 2:25 a.m.
