Drunken driving. A 34-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. South Main and Abel streets. 1:47 a.m.

Tuesday, April 3
Public intoxication. A 41-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. East Calaveras and North Milpitas boulevards. 1:23 p.m.
Wednesday, April 4
Vehicle theft. A 49-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft. East Campbell and Bascom avenues, Campbell. 10:19 a.m.
Vehicle theft. A 50-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft. East Campbell and Bascom avenues, Campbell. 10:19 a.m.
Prostitution. A 22-year-old Stockton woman with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of prostitution and petty theft. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 5:13 p.m.
Controlled substance. A 41-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and public intoxication. Shirley Drive and Dempsey Road. 5:22 p.m.
Thursday, April 5
Drunken driving. A 48-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Sylvia Avenue and South Abel Street. 6:04 a.m.
Controlled substance. A 44-year-old Gilroy man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Ed Levin Park Access and Downing roads. 10:05 a.m.
Controlled substance. A 28-year-old San Mateo man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, and driving with a suspended license. Pescadero and Coyote streets. 12:15 p.m.
Battery. A 47-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Taylor Drive and Conway Street. 12:31 p.m.
Petty theft. A 26-year-old female transient was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 8:20 p.m.
Friday, April 6
Public intoxication. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Curtis Avenue. 2:16 a.m.
Battery. A 26-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Junipero Drive and San Miguel Court. 10:11 p.m.
Saturday, April 7
Drunken driving. A 28-year-old San Lorenzo man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and hit-and-run. Great Mall and Comet drives. 11:48 a.m.
Burglary. A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of burglary. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 7:10 p.m.
Sunday, April 8
Drunken driving. A 27-year-old Newark woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. North Milpitas Boulevard and Big Oak Court. 2:25 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Uvas and Lexington streets. 3:12 a.m.
