Arrested in Milpitas: Aug. 12-19

Arrests for a concealed weapon, drunken driving, burglary, and thefts keep police in Milpitas busy.

Sunday, Aug. 12

Public intoxication. A 53-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 12:02 p.m.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 14

Concealed weapon. A 41-year-old Antioch man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a concealed weapon. Capitol Avenue and Trade Zone Boulevard, San Jose. 12:26 a.m.

Meth. A 53-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possessing and transporting methamphetamines, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. South Park Victoria Drive and Yellowstone Avenue. 4:15 a.m.

Parole violation. A 32-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of parole violation, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Gilchrist Drive and North Capitol Avenue, San Jose. 4:23 p.m.

Suspended license. A 19-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of using a suspended driver license, and failure to appear in court. Dempsey Road and Shirley Drive. 11:51 p.m.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 15

Parole violation. A 27-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of parole violation. Cory Avenue, San Jose. 1:54 p.m.

Under the influence. A 26-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. East Capitol Avenue and Montague Expressway. 2:09 p.m.

Alcohol. A 28-year-old San Jose woman with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of furnishing alcohol to a minor, having a suspended driver license, and failure to show evidence of auto insurance. Cory Avenue, San Jose. 2:37 p.m.

Controlled substance. A 41-year-old San Jose man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Old Oakland Road and Berger Drive, San Jose. 2:37 p.m.

Delaying a peace officer. A 38-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of obstructing or delaying a peace officer. Morrill and Landess avenues, San Jose. 11:13 p.m.

 

Thursday, Aug. 16

Public intoxication. An 18-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 12:16 a.m.

 

Friday, Aug. 17

Burglary. A 28-year-old Alviso man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. Pinewood Court and Fallen Leaf Drive. 2 a.m.

Petty theft. A 39-year-old Sunnyvale woman was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with priors. Ranch Drive and North McCarthy Boulevard. 4:51 p.m.

Commercial burglary. A 46-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, possession of burglary tools, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and obstructing or delaying a peace officer. McCandless Drive and Montague Expressway. 10:35 p.m.

 

Saturday, Aug. 18

Threatening phone call. A 42-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of making a threatening phone call. Murray and Conway streets. 6:19 a.m.

Threatening phone call. A 47-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of making a threatening phone call. Murray and Conway streets. 6:19 a.m.

Resisting arrest. A 38-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, and domestic violence. Ranch Drive and McCarthy Boulevard. 8:50 p.m.

 

Sunday, Aug. 19

Trespassing. A 20-year-old Pinole man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, and resisting arrest. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 12:38 a.m.

Trespassing. A 22-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, and resisting arrest. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 12:38 a.m.

Parole violation. A 28-year-old Sacramento man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of parole violation. South Abbot Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 4:27 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 49-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Shirley Drive and Dempsey Road. 4:40 p.m.

Under the influence. A 32-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Sun Court and Fallen Leaf Drive. 9:33 p.m.
