I SAW A 40 OR 50 POLICEMAM RAID ON BRALY AVE ON THE 17TH OF THIS MONTH WHY HAVENT U WROTE ABOUT IT ?
Up Early September 01, 2012 at 07:03 AM
I saw the raid, it happened on the 17th at 6am, there were 6 SWAT officers, and most of Milpitas P.D. 2 humvees and a whole lot of nothing was recovered. Both adult residents were taken to the hospital, and the children went to a friends house. I talked to the one of the residents who said they tore apart the house,, and were told that they were acting on tips from other neighbors who reported alot of traffic, someone should of asked the family living there. They are both disabled and in poor health, someone looked up their backgrounds and thought people cant change, both have been clean for 10 years and though they are not proud of their past thought they found a quiet town to finish raising their two school age children with no drama. Wrong!!!! The raid turned up zilch, and someone ought to pay for all the damages and misery this family now has to endure. People shouldn't take it upon themselves to think one sided. Profiling I thought was illegal, and the warrant well lets just say it lacked a lot. They are now facing eviction, the kids are terrified and lost friends, and no one is talking about this raid gone bad. I see Civil Lawyer needed to advise/ and represent.
