Arrested in Milpitas: Aug. 31 – Sept. 6

Stolen property, public intoxication, and domestic violence are among recent arrests made by police in Milpitas.

Friday, Aug. 31

Court release violation. A 24-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a court release order. Milmont Drive and Dixon Landing Road. 11:30 a.m.

 

Saturday, Sept. 1

Stolen property. A 19-year-old San Lorenzo woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property, credit card theft, and conspiracy with another to commit a crime. Great Mall and Mustang drives. 9:25 p.m.

Stolen property. A 19-year-old Hayward woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property, credit card theft, and conspiracy with another to commit a crime. Great Mall and Mustang drives. 9:25 p.m.

Conspiracy. A 20-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy with another to commit a crime, credit card theft, and petty theft. Great Mall and Mustang drives. 9:25 p.m.

 

Monday, Sept. 3

Marijuana. A 24-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, and resisting or obstructing a peace officer. South Main Street and Great Mall Parkway. 5:19 a.m.

Under the influence. A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and resisting or obstructing a peace officer. South Park Victoria and Yosemite drives. 1:55 p.m.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 4

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Selwyn Drive and Dempsey Road. 1:36 a.m.

Domestic violence. A 54-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. North Park Victoria Drive and East Calaveras Boulevard. 4:43 p.m.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 5

Controlled substance. A 24-year-old Gilroy woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and petty theft. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 4:17 p.m.

 

Thursday, Sept. 6

Parole violation. A 50-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of violating parole. Railroad Avenue and Railroad Court. 2:14 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 26-year-old Mountain View woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 4:58 a.m.

Battery. A 22-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of battery, and false imprisonment. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Temple Drive. 7:45 p.m.
