Thursday, Feb. 23

Drunken driving. A 31-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Lynn and Dennis avenues. 6:19 a.m.

Friday, Feb. 24

Controlled substance. A 51-year-old female transient was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Evergreen Way. 6:43 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 50-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Evergreen Way. 6:43 a.m.

Meth. A 33-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of transporting or selling methamphetamines, possession of methamphetamines, and parole violation. W. Capitol Avenue and S. Abel Street. 3:15 p.m.

Hit and run. A 45-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of hit and run, driving with a suspended license, and driving at an unsafe speed. E. Calaveras Boulevard and N. Gadsden Drive. 8:54 p.m.

Domestic battery. A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on battery on a cohabitant. N. Milpitas Boulevard and Wilson Way. 9:37 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 25

Public intoxication. A 38-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public, and delaying a peace officer. Carnegie and Freeland drives. 2:40 a.m.

Sunday, Feb. 26

Criminal threats. A 37-year-old Sacramento man was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats. Serra Way and W. Calaveras Boulevard. 12:32 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Montague Expressway and S. Milpitas Boulevard. 3:17 a.m.

Suspended license. A 33-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. Houret Drive and Montague Expressway. 3:20 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Salinas man was arrested for driving under the influence. S. Milpitas and E. Calaveras Boulevards. 3:35 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 21-year-old Salinas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. S. Milpitas and E. Calaveras Boulevards. 3:41 a.m.

Defrauding an innkeeper. A 40-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper. E. Calaveras Boulevard and Town Center Drive. 4:18 p.m.

Burglary. A 29-year-old , possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, providing false identification, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Watson Court and Montague Expressway. 9:58 a.m.

Monday, Feb. 27

Public intoxication. A 48-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. S. Main Street and Great Mall Parkway. 3:31 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 28

Battery. A 55-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery with visible injury. Yosemite Drive. 12:19 p.m.

Drug paraphernalia. A 45-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia. Shenandoah Avenue and Sequoia Drive. 5:25 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. N. Milpitas Boulevard and Washington Drive. 8 p.m.

Forgery. A 31-year-old Fremont man was arrested on suspicion of having a forged prescription, identity theft, and forging a signature. W. Calaveras Boulevard and S. Abbott Avenue. 5:45 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 24-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Highway 680 and Jacklin Road. 11:16 p.m.
