Saturday, July 21

Public intoxication. A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Serra Way. 3 a.m.

Sunday, July 22

Spousal abuse. A 28-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse and child endangerment. South Main and Mihalakis streets. 7:38 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 34-year-old Mountain View woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Serra Way. 10:38 p.m.

Tuesday, July 24

Drunken driving. A 24-year-old Foster City man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. North Jackson Avenue and McKee Road, San Jose. 3:45 a.m.

Petty theft. A 19-year-old Fresno woman was arrested on suspicion of petty theft, providing false identification, and obstructing a peace officer. Great Mall and Comet drives. 4:51 p.m.

Wednesday, July 25

Drunken driving. A 27-year-old San Jose man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and providing false identification. North Abel Street and Marylinn Drive. 3:40 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 51-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. South Park Victoria Drive and Landess Avenue. 7:52 p.m.

Thursday, July 26

Burglary. A 21-year-old Sunnyvale woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of burglary, forgery, and possession of drug paraphernalia. East Calaveras Boulevard and Town Center Drive. 1:23 a.m.

Prowling. A 51-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of prowling, and parole violation. Centre Pointe Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 5:30 p.m.

Grand theft. A 27-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of grand theft, and petty theft. South Main Street and Serra Way. 6:21 p.m.

Friday, July 27

Drunken driving. A 23-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Ethyl Court and Junipero Street. 6:16 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 4:04 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 23-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. West Calaveras Boulevard and Butler Way. 1:37 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Sunnyvale man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Great Mall Parkway and South Abel Street. 1:24 a.m.

Saturday, July 28

Public intoxication. A 26-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. East Carlo and South Main streets. 2:29 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 24-year-old Santa Clara woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Milmont Drive and Dixon Landing Road. 3:54 a.m.

Spousal abuse. A 39-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse. Sunnyhills Drive and Dixon Road. 6:19 a.m.

Petty theft. A 46-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 4:09 p.m.

Sunday, July 29

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Serra Way and South Abel Street. 4:15 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 27-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 4:37 a.m.
