Domestic violence. A 41-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, and battery on a peace officer. Dennis Avenue and Fanyon Street. 10:46 p.m.
Drunken driving. A 21-year-old San Leandro woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Selwyn Drive and Dempsey Road. 11 p.m.

Burglary. A 38-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, attempted burglary, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and parole violation. Woodland Court and Fallen Leaf Drive. 7:29 p.m.
Wednesday, July 11
Petty theft. A 35-year-old female transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of petty theft and resisting arrest. Valley Way and South Abbott Avenue. 1:28 a.m.
Spousal abuse. A 31-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse, and failure to register as a sex offender. North Temple Drive and Lynn Avenue. 10:09 a.m.
Petty theft. A 55-year-old San Jose man was with three priors, and prowling. Freeland and Carnegie drives. 12:16 p.m.

Petty theft. A 27-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 3:47 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 47-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. North Hillview Drive and Horcajo Circle. 1:56 a.m.

Meth. A 30-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine. Creighton Court and Dempsey Road. 6:47 a.m.

Grand theft. A 41-year-old Stockton woman was arrested on suspicion of grand theft. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 12:03 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 37-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. West Calaveras Boulevard and South Abel Street. 3:24 a.m.

Vehicle tampering. A 44-year-old male transient with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of vehicle tampering, receiving stolen property, and possessing a hypodermic needle. Abbott Avenue and West Calaveras Boulevard. 8:21 a.m.
