Thursday, June 14

Grand theft. A 31-year-old Stockton man was arrested on suspicion of grand theft (three counts), criminal conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. North Park Victoria Drive and Jacklin Road. 3:35 a.m.

Grand theft. A 39-year-old Stockton man was arrested on suspicion of grand theft (three counts), criminal conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, and driving with a suspended license. North Park Victoria Drive and Jacklin Road. 3:35 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 44-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Alton Street and Spence Avenue. 8:25 a.m.

Friday, June 15

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old Saratoga woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Calaveras Road and Vista Ridge Drive. 12:55 a.m.

Saturday, June 16

Controlled substance. A 31-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. South Abel and Main streets. 12:13 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 20-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 12:24 a.m.

Controlled substance. A 21-year-old Tracy man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 12:24 a.m.

Sunday, June 17

Drunken driving. A 55-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and hit-and-run driving. South Main Street and Serra Way. 6:46 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Milpitas woman with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license. Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 2:15 p.m.

Narcotics. A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics, and petty theft. East Calaveras and North Milpitas boulevards. 5:10 p.m.

Monday, June 18

Petty theft. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft and resisting arrest. East Tasman Drive and Morgridge Way, San Jose. 2:19 p.m.

Tuesday, June 19

Commercial burglary. An 18-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, criminal conspiracy, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Arana Court and North Temple Drive. 12:57 a.m.

Commercial burglary. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, criminal conspiracy, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Arana Court and North Temple Drive. 12:57 a.m.

Parole violation. A 39-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of violating parole. South Main Street and East Curtis Avenue. 3:30 p.m.

Meth. A 38-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. South Main Street and Serra Way. 8:08 p.m.

Wednesday, June 20

Controlled substance. A 45-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and loitering. Polaris Court and Fallen Leaf Drive. 2:03 p.m.

Thursday, June 21

Marijuana. A 28-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana, and vandalism. 2200 Block of South Main St. 11:11 a.m.

Friday, June 22

Drunken driving. A 32-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Montague Expressway and Gladding Court. 12:06 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 31-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Ashland and Roswell drives. 10:33 p.m.

Saturday, June 23

Restraining order. A 24-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of violating a court restraining order. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 5:17 a.m.

Resisting arrest. A 21-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 5:17 a.m.

Domestic violence. An 18-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence/battery. South Park Victoria Drive and Landess Avenue. 12:13 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 52-year-old Santa Clara man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. North Jackson Avenue and McKee Road, San Jose. 8:02 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 32-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Edsel and Carnegie drives. 11:15 p.m.

Sunday, June 24

Drunken driving. A 24-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. East Capitol Avenue and Montague Expressway. 2:09 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 26-year-old woman from Brazil was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Barber Lane and McCarthy Boulevard. 7:29 p.m.
