Assault. A 24-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery. Technology Drive and McCarthy Boulevard. 3:23 p.m.

Saturday, June 30
Meth. A 27-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of possessing of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and providing a false name to a peace officer. Landess Avenue and Highland Court. 5:43 a.m.
Petty theft. A 48-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with three priors. Great Mall Drive and Falcon Way. 7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 3
Meth. A 29-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Heath Street and Marylinn Drive. 8:13 a.m.
Meth. A 37-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and petty theft. Heath Street and Marylinn Drive. 8:13 a.m.
Probation. A 29-year-old Milpitas man was arrested for a probation hold. Jacklin Road and Hamilton Avenue. 11:02 a.m.
Vandalism. A 21-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of vandalism. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Park Victoria Drive. 12:45 p.m.
Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Landess Avenue. 8:56 p.m.

Meth. A 27-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and having a suspended driver’s license. East Calaveras Boulevard and South Park Victoria Drive. 9:17 p.m.
Thursday, July 5
Public intoxication. An 18-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and having an open alcohol container. Calaveras and Piedmont roads. 11:30 p.m.
Friday, July 6
Drunken driving. A 21-year-old Hayward man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Great Mall Parkway and Abel Street. 2:39 a.m.
Theft. A 44-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of theft/burglary, possession of burglary tools, and criminal conspiracy. McCandless Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 11:21 a.m.
Theft. A 45-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of theft/burglary, possession of burglary tools, and criminal conspiracy. McCandless Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 11:21 a.m.

Prostitution. A 24-year-old San Francisco woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of prostitution. Main Street and Curtis Avenue. 8:08 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Milpitas Boulevard and Turquoise Street. 12:53 a.m.
Controlled substance. A 31-year-old Vancouver, Wash. man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. South Main Street and Curtis Avenue. 1:51 p.m.
Sunday, July 8
Petty theft. A 40-year-old San Jose woman with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with a prior, expired vehicle registration, failure to provide evidence of vehicle insurance, and driving with a suspended license. Great Mall and Comet drives. 2:26 p.m.
