Drunken driving. A 27-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Marylinn Drive and North Abel Street. 2:47 a.m.
Under the influence. A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and petty theft. Centre Pointe Drive and Montague Expressway. 2:48 p.m.

Parole violation. A 35-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of violating parole, driving with a suspended license, and no evidence of automobile insurance. Skyline Drive and Kristin Ridge Way. 4:33 p.m.
Tuesday, June 26
Drunken driving. A 22-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Roswell and Ashland drives. 1:02 a.m.
Petty theft. A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. Great Mall Drive and Main Street. 7:45 p.m.
Meth. A 51-year-old Henderson, Calif. man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, being under the influence of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe). Hammond Way and Sinnott Lane. 11:13 p.m.
Drunken driving. A 33-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Milmont Drive and Dixon Landing Road. Time of arrest not given.

Marijuana. A 25-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, and possession of marijuana for sale. McKee Road, San Jose. 10:30 a.m.
Marijuana. A 28-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, and possessing marijuana for sale. North White and McKee roads, San Jose. 10:30 a.m.
Burglary. A 28-year-old San Jose man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, prowling, resisting arrest, and probation violation. McKee Road, San Jose. 10:41 a.m.
Marijuana. A 25-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating marijuana, possessing marijuana for sale, and possession of a controlled substance. McKee Road, San Jose. 2:02 p.m.
Domestic battery. A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 9:07 p.m.

Vehicle theft. A 45-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, driving with a suspended license, and probation violation. Coleman Avenue and West Hedding Street, San Jose. 8 a.m.
Embezzlement. A 20-year-old Fremont man was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 3:57 p.m.
Burglary. A 50-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of burglary, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Clear Lake Avenue and Big Basin Drive. 3:40 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Old Oakland Road and Montague Expressway. 12:47 a.m.
Under the influence. A 42-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and driving with a suspended license. South Temple and Canton drives. 2:44 a.m.
Probation violation. A 37-year-old Sunnyvale woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of violating parole. South Temple and Canton drives. 8:56 a.m.
Prowling. A 43-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of prowling or loitering on private property. McCandless Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 8:06 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 38-year-old Sunnyvale woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and child endangerment. Serra Way and South Abel Street. 3:28 a.m.
Suspended license. A 23-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, no evidence of automobile insurance, and expired vehicle registration. Marylinn Drive and North Abel Street. 2:41 a.m.

Robbery. A 34-year-old Benicia man was arrested on suspicion of robbery. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 12:13 a.m.
