Stolen property, trespassing, prostitution, and burglary arrests keep police in Milpitas busy.

Saturday, March 17

Stolen property. A 30-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 6:30 p.m.

Court order. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of violating a court restraining order. Corning Avenue and South Abel Street. 11:06 p.m.

 

Sunday, March 18

Parole violation. A 26-year-old female transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of probation violation, and petty theft with three priors. Great Mall and Comet drives. 7:44 p.m.

Domestic battery. A 23-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Glacier and South Park Victoria drives. 11:18 p.m.

 

Monday, March 19

Drunken driving. A 63-year-old South San Francisco man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and hit and run. Evans Road and Kennedy Drive. 1:38 a.m.

Parole violation. A 58-year-old Los Angeles man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of parole violation. Landess and Clear Lake avenues. 10:50 p.m.

 

Tuesday, March 20

Imitation firearm. A 27-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of brandishing an imitation firearm. Oregon Way and Arizona Avenue. 8:09 p.m.

 

Wednesday, March 21

Vehicle theft. A 41-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, grand theft auto, and receiving stolen property. Tasman and Alder drives. 9:30 a.m.

Prostitution. A 45-year-old San Leandro woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of prostitution, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and being the influence of a controlled substance. Diel and Curtner drives. 2:54 p.m.

Counterfeit checks. A 19-year-old Oakland man was arrested on suspicion of possessing counterfeit checks, and forgery. Milpitas Boulevard at Beresford Court. 3:50 p.m.

Controlled substance. A 44-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance. North Milpitas Boulevard and Sunnyhills Court. 11:04 p.m.

Stolen property. A 19-year-old East Palo Alto woman was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft, conspiracy with another to commit a crime, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and providing false identification. I-880 and Dixon Landing Road.

 

Thursday, March 22

Burglary. A 38-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of burglary, petty theft, and possession of burglary tools. Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway. 5:09 p.m.

Petty theft. A 25-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. Great Mall Drive and Comet Avenue. 6:10 p.m.

 

Friday, March 23

Public intoxication. A 35-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. North Milpitas Boulevard and Washington Drive. 12:45 a.m.

Petty theft. An 18-year-old Milpitas woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. Jurgens and Gingerwood drives. 3:23 a.m.

Spousal abuse. A 35-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse. Maude Avenue near Highway 237, Sunnyvale. 4:03 p.m.

 

Saturday, March 24

Domestic battery. A 25-year-old San Bruno man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Hillview Drive. 5:31 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 20-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Yellowstone Avenue and South Park Victoria Drive. 3:10 a.m.

 

Sunday, March 25

Domestic battery. A 39-year-old Oakland man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. South Park Victoria Drive and Dempsey Road. 1:17 a.m.

Drunken driving. A 35-year-old Oakland woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. Barber Lane and McCarthy Boulevard. 4:31 a.m.

Commercial burglary. A 27-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, and conspiracy with another to commit a crime. North Abel Street and Weller Lane. 12:25 p.m.

Commercial burglary. A 22-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, and conspiracy with another to commit a crime. North Abel Street and Weller Lane. 12:25 p.m.

 

Monday, March 26

Trespassing. A 51-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of trespassing. North Milpitas Boulevard and Washington Drive. 4:35 a.m.
