Arrested in Milpitas: March 9 – 18

Theft, vandalism, animal cruelty, and drunken driving among recent arrests made by police in Milpitas.

Friday, March 9

Petty theft. A 27-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. Great Mall and Falcon drives. 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, March 10

Public intoxication. A 25-year-old Los Altos man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Hillview Court and Hillview Drive.

 

Monday, March 12

Petty theft. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft. South Park Victoria Drive and Dempsey Road. 1:50 a.m.

Stolen property. A 19-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property, possession of concentrated cannabis, possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana, manufacturing a controlled substance, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Hillview Court and Hillview Drive. 4:33 a.m.

Public intoxication. A 56-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Calle Oriente and Evans Road. 11:57 p.m.

 

Tuesday, March 13

Parole violation. A 25-year-old Santa Clara man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of parole violation. South Main and Carlo streets. 6:36 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 19-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. North Park Victoria Drive and Ayer Street. 11:45 p.m.

 

Thursday, March 15

Drunken driving. A 31-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license. Montague Expressway and Great Mall Drive. 12:20 a.m.

Animal cruelty. A 19-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion attempted cruelty to an animal. South Park Victoria Drive and Landess Avenue. 4:52 p.m.

Friday, March 16

Vandalism. A 26-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of vandalism. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 11:20 a.m.

Parole violation. A 34-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of parole violation, resisting arrest, and fighting in public. East Main Street and Serra Way. 6:51 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 43-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. East Calaveras Boulevard and North Hillview Drive. 1:25 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 70-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, and hit-and-run driving. Jasmine Court and Strawberry Lane. 8:02 p.m.

 

Saturday, March 17

Drunken driving. A 24-year-old Union City man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Great Mall Parkway and Abel Street. 1:44 a.m.

 

Sunday, March 18

Public intoxication. A 48-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 12:18 a.m.

Under the influence. A 21-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving with a suspended license. East Calaveras Boulevard and Hillview Drive. 1:37 a.m.
