Drunken driving. A 36-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Great Mall and Comet drives. 1:30 a.m.

False imprisonment. A 24-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of taking a telephone to prevent another from making a call to 911, and false imprisonment. Arizona Avenue. 11:54 a.m.
Sunday, Nov. 4
Commercial burglary. A 48-year-old male transient was . McCandless Drive and Montague Expressway. 1:25 p.m.
Commercial burglary. A 53-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. McCandless Drive and Montague Expressway. 1:43 p.m.
Battery. A 37-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of battery. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 8:55 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 5
Prostitution. A 20-year-old Oakland woman with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of prostitution, loitering, and violating a court restraining order. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 12:42 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 48-year-old Alviso man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Boulder Street and Arizona Avenue. 12:55 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 6
Terrorist threat. A 51-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of making a terrorist threat. Singley and Via Baja drives. 1:51 p.m.
Meth. A 47-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, sale of methamphetamines, possession of a billy jack weapon, and committing a felony while on bail. The 1700 block of South Main St. 2:56 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 7
Meth. A 40-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines for sale, possessing a controlled substance, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and driving with a suspended license. South Main and Carlo streets. 2:21 a.m.
Controlled substance. A 25-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. South Main and Carlo streets. 2:57 a.m.
Child endangerment. A 37-year-old Sunnyvale woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment. Dempsey Road and East Calaveras Boulevard. 11:24 a.m.
