Thursday, Oct. 18
Petty theft. A 46-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. The 1300 Block of South Park Victoria Drive. 6:55 p.m.

Petty theft. A 40-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of petty theft and parole violation. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 11:40 p.m.

Controlled substance. A 22-year-old Sacramento man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 4:56 a.m.
Criminal threats. A 41-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, and domestic battery. Dempsey Road and East Calaveras Boulevard. 1:53 p.m.
Public intoxication. A 21-year-old San Jose man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public, and false imprisonment. Celebration Drive and East Curtis Avenue. 6:06 p.m.
False ID. A 20-year-old Manteca man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of providing false identification to a peace officer, driving at an unsafe speed, and driving with a suspended license. Celebration Drive and East Curtis Avenue. 6:32 p.m.
Marijuana. A 20-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale. Celebration Drive and East Curtis Avenue. Time of arrest not listed.
Saturday, Oct. 20
Parole violation. A 38-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of violating parole. Wilson Way and North Milpitas Boulevard. 1:12 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 20-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. South Abel Street and West Calaveras Boulevard. 4:41 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 19-year-old Napa man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, hit-and-run driving, and driving with a suspended license. Milmont Drive and Kato Road, Fremont. 7:10 a.m.
Delaying an officer. A 22-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of delaying or obstructing a peace officer. South Main Street and Serra Way. 11:04 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 56-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Park Heights and North Park Victoria drives. 12:41 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 34-year-old Kennard, Neb. man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The 1000 Block of Hillview Court. 9:57 p.m.

Meth. A 51-year-old Milpitas man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Corie Court and Old Oakland Road, San Jose. 1:40 p.m.

Public intoxication. A 31-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Serra Way. 12:49 a.m.
Vandalism. A 28-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism, false imprisonment, and resisting arrest. Lowland Court near Landess Avenue. 1:04 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 26-year-old New York City man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main and Carlo streets. 1:11 a.m.
Corporal injury. A 24-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury on another person. 1585 Fallen Leaf Drive. 1:42 p.m.

Spousal battery. A 28-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal battery. West Calaveras Boulevard and Serra Way. 3:54 p.m.
Theft. A 39-year-old San Jose man was , being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, annoying a minor and false vehicle registration. Clear Lake and Landess avenues. 4:21 p.m.

Vandalism. A 20-year-old San Jose man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of vandalism. South Park Victoria Drive and Yellowstone Avenue. 5:59 a.m.
Battery. A 22-year-old male transient with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of inflicting battery on another person, possession of stolen property, and possession of burglary tools. Great Mall Drive. 6:19 p.m.
