Drunken driving. A 21-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. South Main Street and Montague Expressway. 2:09 a.m.

Grand theft. A 51-year-old Milpitas man was . Acadia Avenue and South Park Victoria Drive. 1:43 a.m.

Sunday, Oct. 28
Public intoxication. A 63-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. East Calaveras Boulevard at Ed Levin Park. 2:15 p.m.
Court order. A 50-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a court order. North Milpitas Boulevard and Minnis Circle. 11:10 p.m.
Under the influence. A 30-year-old Santa Clara woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and providing false identification to a peace officer. Barber Lane and McCarthy Boulevard. 11:16 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 29
Drunken driving. A 39-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. North Milpitas and East Calaveras boulevards. 2:09 a.m.
Marijuana. A 47-year-old Hayward man was arrested on suspicion of transporting a large amount of marijuana, and driving with a suspended driver’s license. 11:51 p.m.

Parole violation. A 36-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of violating a parole order. Dempsey Road and Yosemite Drive. 3:58 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 31
Commercial burglary. A 36-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary, and possession of burglary tools. The 1600 Block of McCandless Drive. 1:44 p.m.
Battery. A 47-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, and false imprisonment. East Carlo and South Main streets. 5:28 p.m.
Drunken driving. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, and driving with a suspended license. Centre Pointe Drive and Montague Expressway. 11:49 p.m.

Domestic violence. A 25-year-old Vallejo woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. South Main Street and Corning Avenue. 12:31 a.m.
Restraining order. A 55-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of violating a court restraining order. Perry Street and Rodrigues Avenue. 12:50 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 27-year-old Fremont man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Great Mall Parkway. 6:07 a.m.
Burglary. A 32-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary. Berryessa Street and Almaden Avenue. 5:10 p.m.
