Arrested in Milpitas: Oct. 9 – 15

Arrests for robbery, domestic battery, and child molestation keep police in Milpitas busy.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

Theft. A 25-year-old Antioch man was arrested on suspicion of theft, possession of lock-picking tools, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamines, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Clauser Drive. 1:22 a.m.

Domestic battery. A 48-year-old Martinez man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, burglary, possession of burglary tools, and possession of stolen property. Parvin Drive. 1:37 a.m.

Robbery. A 36-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of robbery, burglary, and petty theft with priors. Sagemeadow Court and Meadowhaven Way. 11:28 a.m.

Commercial burglary. A 23-year-old Menlo Park woman was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. South Park Victoria Drive and Landess Avenue. 7:53 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

Child molestation. A 56-year-old Milpitas man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of child molestation (five counts). South Park Victoria and Lassen drives. 1:35 p.m.

Meth. A 24-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 3:44 p.m.

Meth. A 56-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines. Montague Expressway and Watson Court. 11:26 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 11

Commercial burglary. A 23-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of commercial burglary. Alderwood Way and Northwood Drive. 10:56 a.m.

Meth. A 34-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines, possessing drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Woodland and Stellar ways. 7:52 a.m.

Friday, Oct. 12

Under the influence. A 26-year-old San Jose woman with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 9:21 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 13

Sexual battery. A 31-year-old Bangalore man was arrested on suspicion of sexual battery. East Calaveras Boulevard and Hillview Drive. 9:04 a.m.

Sunday, Oct. 14

Under the influence. A 33-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Great Mall Drive and South Main Street. 12:49 a.m.

Monday, Oct. 15

Stolen vehicle. A 42-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle (two counts). Hillview Court and North Hillview Drive. 7:01 a.m.
