Warrant. A 21-year-old male transient was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Great Mall Parkway and Abel Street. 11:41 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 17
Under the influence. A 25-year-old Milpitas man with three outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance. Palmer Street and Sylvia Avenue. 10:42 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 19
Resisting arrest. A 32-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of delaying a peace officer and resisting arrest. Bixby and Gerard drives. 1:16 p.m.
Petty theft. A 21-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. Ranch Drive near Wal-Mart. 1:56 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 20
Spousal abuse. A 39-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse, and false imprisonment. Jacklin Place and Jacklin Road. 9:28 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 21
Theft. A 60-year-old San Jose man with two outstanding warrants was arrested on suspicion of theft and commercial burglary. 1600 block of McCandless Drive. 10:15 a.m.
Domestic violence. A 19-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Wilson Way and North Milpitas Boulevard. 5:08 a.m.
Saturday, Sept. 22
Hit-and-run. A 22-year-old Milpitas man with an outstanding warrant was arrested on suspicion of vehicular hit-and-run. Cedar Way and South Main Street. 12:24 a.m.
Domestic battery. A 40-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and false imprisonment. Mesa Verde Drive and Piedmont Road. 2:59 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 39-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. South Main Street and Serra Way. 3:59 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 56-year-old male transient was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Dempsey Road and Chewpon Avenue. 2:46 p.m.
Petty theft. A 45-year-old San Francisco man was arrested on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. Great Mall and Comet drives. 7:35 p.m.

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old San Jose man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Dempsey Road and Dempsey Way. 2:53 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 19-year-old San Jose woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Cedar Way and South Main Street. 3:16 a.m.
Drunken driving. A 19-year-old Milpitas woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Cedar Way and South Main Street. 3:26 a.m.
Public intoxication. A 24-year-old Milpitas man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public. Cedar Way and Cedar Court. 3:26 a.m.
